2 x Pneumatic Push In Air Fittings – Male Elbow 6mm hose – 1/8 thread
2 x Brass Barb Fittings for easy connection to existing breather pipes if necessary 8mm
1 x Black Anodised Aluminium 4 Port Manifold with Custom Logo
12 x meters of 6mm PU hose

the Purpose of a Diff breather kit is to allow for the equalization of pressure, when a hot Diff, Transfer Case, Gearbox or other item fitted with a breather comes in contact with cold water and cools down this creates a pressure drop and can suck water in through the original breather or warn bearing seals. Introducing water contaminating the oil and reducing or catastrophically damaging your Diffs, Gearbox or transfer case, and other equipment.

- INSTALLATION TIPS- Due to the different locations of the Gearbox and transfer case Breather positions this kit should be installed by a qualified mechanic or knowledgeable person a hoist is an advantage.
- Some Transfer Cases, Gearboxes & Diff will not have a Threaded fitting they may have a top hat or hose in these cases they will need to modify to take a rubber hose to be connected and then allow connection to your diff breather kits with a Hose Barbs fitting.
- PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS MAY BE REQUIRED TO INSTALL THIS KIT DEPENDING ON YOUR VEHICLE APPLICATION.

Installation
- Locate all Breathers and install appropriate Fitting.
- Install 6mm hose into fittings and use cable ties to arrange the hose away from heat sources and mechanical pinch points and route to the engine bay.
- Install the 6mm hoses into the mounted manifold in the bracket.
- Make sure all components are secure and away from direct heat sources and mechanical pinch points.
- Inspect on a regular interval to make sure no Branches or other obstacles that have been negotiated when off-roading have damaged to detached the breathers or contaminates may enter the system.
- It is your own responsibility to work safely on your vehicle or engage a licensed mechanic.
- Always use UV-stabilised cable ties.
- Use a split loom where needed to protect the PU tube from damage or rubbing.
